Debes hacerlo con la extensión para FireFox “Facebook Vídeo“, que añade las opciones para “Descargar Vídeo” y “Convertir vídeo” (conversión realizada por Zamzar)y también te proporciona el código para incrustar el vídeo en otros sitios.
